The invention discloses a protection structure. The protection structure is used for protecting a construction template. The construction template is provided with a cavity, wherein a supporting plateis arranged above the cavity, the protection structure comprises a baffle and a connecting piece, the connecting piece is used for being fixed to the supporting plate, and the baffle is arranged on the connecting piece and shields the cavity to prevent concrete from being splattered in the cavity from a high place during casting. According to the protection structure, through the arrangement of the connecting piece connected with the supporting plate, connection of the construction template and the protection structure is achieved; moreover, the baffle connected with the connecting piece is arranged, and is utilized for shielding the cavity to prevent the concrete from falling into the cavity of the construction template during casting, cleanliness of the back of the construction templateis guaranteed, and the service life of the construction template is prolonged. The invention furthermore provides a staircase frame containing the protection structure.
