A lock case is arranged on the fixed handcuff ring, a jacking part is arranged on the lock case, and an electric drive mechanism which is controlled by a control unit and can drive the jacking part to stretch into the handcuff opening is further arranged on the lock case. The intelligent handcuffs have the advantages of being intelligent, high in safety, high in adaptability and the like.
