The invention discloses an automatic clutch door and window opening machine. A motor, a front speed reducing mechanism, a middle planetary swing gear clutch and a rear speed reducing mechanism are arranged in a shell; and the front speed reducing mechanism comprises a front speed reducing gear, the front speed reducing gear is connected with a middle-position planetary swing gear clutch, and a rear speed reducing mechanism comprising a rear speed reducing gear is arranged behind the middle-position planetary swing gear clutch. According to the automatic clutch door and window opening machine,the front reduction gear and the rear reduction gear are in transition connection through the middle planetary swing gear clutch, switching clutching of the front gear set and the rear gear set can beautomatically achieved without an additional clutch switching device, therefore the automatic and manual integrated function of the window opening machine is achieved, the door and the window are opened and closed through electric control by combining the controller, the door and the window are directly and manually opened and closed without power, any clutch device does not need to be executed in the process, and electric and manual opening and closing operation of the door and the window is very convenient.
