The invention provides a chain tensioning device of an asphalt paver. According to the distance between two screw nuts at the left side and the right side of a scraper conveying system, two slide blocks are driven to slide along a slide hole by a slide block driving mechanism, so that the axes of two output shafts respectively coincide with the axes of the corresponding screw nuts at the same side; the output shafts are in transmission connection with driving shafts through universal shafts, so that after the slide blocks move, the universal shafts maintain the adaptive state through the anglechange; then, proper sleeves are selected according to the specifications of the screw nuts; the sleeves are inserted and arranged on connecting shafts through square holes; then, the sleeves are inserted and arranged on the screw nuts through hexagon holes; two gears II are driven by a synchronous driving mechanism to do synchronous rotation in the same direction, so that a driving seat is driven to rotate by driving the output shafts by the universal shafts; the sleeves are further driven to rotate by the connecting shafts, so that the goal of driving the two screw nuts to do synchronous rotation in the same direction is achieved; the two ends of a chain wheel synchronously and backwards move; a chain is tensioned; and the occurrence of an eccentric wearing condition of the chain and the chain wheel caused by inconsistent rotating angles of the two screw nuts is avoided.
一种沥青摊铺机链条张紧装置,根据刮板输料系统左右两侧的两个螺母之间的间距利用滑块驱动机构驱动两个滑块沿滑孔滑动,从而使两个输出轴轴心分别与同侧对应的螺母的轴心相重合,由于输出轴通过万向轴与驱动轴传动连接,因此滑块移动后万向轴通过角度的改变保持适配。之后根据螺母的规格选择合适的套筒,将套筒通过方孔插装于连接轴上,之后将套筒通过六角孔插装于螺母上,通过同步驱动机构驱动两个齿轮Ⅱ同步同向转动,因此通过万向轴驱动输出轴驱动驱动座转动,进一步通过连接轴驱动套筒转动,从而实现驱动两个螺母同步同向转动,使链轮两端同步向后移动,使链条张紧,避免了两个螺母转动角度不一致导致链条和链轮导致偏磨的情况发生。
