The mulching film device comprises a bracket, vertical telescopic rods with the top ends connected with the bracket, a transverse telescopic rod with the two ends connected with the bracket, an unwinding roller used for unwinding a mulching film and having the two ends connected with the vertical telescopic rods respectively, and a winding roller used for winding the mulching film and having the two ends connected with the vertical telescopic rods respectively. The mulching film device in the embodiment of the invention at least has the followingtechnical effects that the mulching film device can conveniently change the height and the length of the mulching film. The mulching film can roll along with the unwinding roller and the winding roller, various control requirements are met, and recycling is facilitated; and a rainwater collecting function is added. The technical effects of reasonably arranging the mulching film and recycling themulching film can be achieved.
