The invention discloses a powder particle component and particle size control system and a control method thereof. The powder particle component and particle size control system comprises a material bed smashing unit, a grading unit, a fine grinding unit and a mixing unit which are sequentially connected; the material bed smashing unit is used for smashing initial raw materials into material particles and conveying the material particles to the grading unit; the grading unit is used for grading the material particles into particle groups with different particle size interval distribution, thegraded particle groups with different particle size distribution comprise fine-diameter interval particles, middle-diameter interval particles and rough-diameter interval particles, and the middle-diameter interval particles are ground into micro-diameter interval particles with the mean particle size being smaller than the fine-diameter interval particles through the fine grinding unit. Accordingto the powder particle component and particle size control system and the control method thereof, a mixing powder grinding technology based on material bed smashing is adopted, the difference of thegrindability of different materials is used, through the grinding and mixing of the system unit, powder particle components and particle sizes are manually controlled in different particle size intervals, and thus the best using effect of the powder particle is sufficiently achieved.
