Preparation method of rock wool short fiber composite aerogel insulation board
The invention relates to a preparation method of a rock wool short fiber composite aerogel insulation board, and belongs to the technical field of preparation methods of insulation materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing rock wool fibers; 2) preparing rock wool short fibers; 3) preparing silicon dioxide aerogel powder; and 4) fully and uniformly mixing theaerogel powder and the rock wool short fibers, then spraying atomized 3-5wt% of phenolic resin binder and 0.1-1wt% of water repellent to the mixture to enable the fibers and the aerogel powder to be in full contact, then pressing and forming the mixture, curing the mixture at 150-235 DEG C for 0.5-3h, and then trimming and cutting the mixture to obtain the rock wool short fiber composite aerogel insulation board. The preparation method can realize continuous production of the insulation board; as the silicon dioxide aerogel is low in heat conductivity coefficient and high in hydrophobic ability, the composite insulation board not only is improved in insulation ability and enhanced in hydrophobic ability, but also can maintain the fireproof A-level ability of the rock wool board.
本发明涉及一种岩棉短纤维复合气凝胶保温板的制备方法,属于保温材料制备方法的技术领域。包括以下步骤:1)、制备岩棉纤维;2)、制备岩棉短纤维;3)、制备二氧化硅气凝胶粉末;4)、将气凝胶粉末和岩棉短纤维充分混合均匀,然后向其喷洒雾化的3~5wt%的酚醛树脂粘结剂和0.1~1wt%的憎水剂,使纤维、气凝胶粉末充分接触,然后将混合料进行压制成型,在150~235℃温度下固化0.5~3h,再进行修边、切割得到岩棉短纤维复合气凝胶保温板。本发明能够实现保温板连续化生产,且由于二氧化硅气凝胶的导热系数低、憎水能力强,其复合保温板不仅保温能力提升、疏水能力增强,而且还能保持岩棉板的防火A级能力。
