The invention discloses a straw raw material pretreatment method and device for a straw water reducing agent. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out primary crushing, cleaning, drying,secondary crushing and micro-crushing pretreatment on a straw raw material; straw powder prepared through micro-crushing pretreatment is hydrolyzed, the hydrolysis method comprises the step that a lubricating additive, hydrolysis main catalytic acid and hydrolysis co-catalytic acid are added into straw, and the solid-to-liquid ratio of the straw to the lubricating additive to the hydrolysis maincatalytic acid to the hydrolysis co-catalytic acid is 1000 g: (6-10) ml: 15 ml: 100 ml. According to the method, cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin are effectively separated, the hemicellulose and the lignin wrapping the cellulose are separated, the polymerization degree of plant cell walls is reduced, and the hydrolysis efficiency of straw lignocellulose is improved; the device is simple in structure, easy to operate, high in straw micro-crushing and hydrolyzing efficiency, low in cost and easy to industrialize and creates favorable conditions for synthesis of the straw water reducing agent,and has potential industrial value and application prospect.
本发明公开一种秸秆减水剂的秸秆原料预处理方法及其装置。本发明方法将秸秆原料初碎、清洗、干燥、二次粉碎、微碎预处理;将经过微碎预处理制得的秸秆粉料进行水解,所述水解方法为:在秸秆中添加润滑添加剂、水解主催化酸、水解助催化酸,其中秸秆∶润滑添加剂∶水解主催化酸∶水解助催化酸固液比为1000g∶6~10ml∶15ml∶100ml。本发明方法有效地将纤维素、半纤维素和木质素三者分离,将包裹在纤维素外的半纤维素和木质素脱离下来,降低植物细胞壁的聚合度,提高秸秆木质纤维素的水解效率;本装置结构简单、易于操作、秸秆微碎和水解效率高、成本低、易于工业化,为秸秆减水剂的合成创造有利条件,具有潜在的工业化价值和应用前景。
