The invention discloses a preparation process of recycled aggregate concrete, and concrete prepared by the preparation process, and relates to the technical field of concrete preparation. A preparation process of the recycled aggregate concrete comprises the following steps: S1, crushing aggregate: taking concrete construction slag, and crushing to obtain construction slag powder; S2, pretreatingaggregate: taking the construction slag powder, adding silica sol, uniformly mixing, standing for aging, and drying to obtain recycled aggregate dry powder; S3, mixing: weighing certain amounts of flyash, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and zeolite powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain concrete powder; and S4, preparing the concrete: adding a certain amount of water into the recycled aggregatedry powder, stirring, adding cement and a water reducing agent, adding the concrete powder, and continuously stirring to prepare the recycled aggregate concrete product. The preparation process of therecycled aggregate concrete has the advantage that the crack resistance of the product is conveniently improved; and the recycled aggregate concrete has the advantage of good crack resistance.
