The invention discloses a stone powder brick making process which comprises the following steps: step 1, a screening process: screening stone powder to remove large particles; 2, proportioning: addingwater into the raw material a obtained in the step 1, and uniformly stirring to obtain a raw material b; step 3, aging process: aging the raw material b obtained in the step 2; step 4, molding: molding the raw material c obtained in the step 3 to obtain a blank d; step 5, a drying process: drying the blank d obtained in the step 4; and step 6, a firing process: firing the raw brick e obtained inthe step 5. The process has the beneficial effects that 1, aggregate stone powder is used as a raw material, so that solid waste emission in aggregate production is reduced, and the resource utilization efficiency is improved; 2, clay raw materials required by traditional brick making are not used, clay resources are favorably protected, and cultivated land protection is facilitated; and 3, the molding pressure is large, the compressive strength is favorably improved, and the compressive strength can reach 30MPa or above.
