Preparation process of high-strength porous ceramic material
The invention discloses a preparation process of a high-strength porous ceramic material. The process comprises the following specific steps: preparing an initial material mixture, preparing a prepared raw material, preparing a green body and sintering to form the porous ceramic material. According to the invention, a modified material mixture is added into the initial material mixture so that large particles in the initial material mixture are connected through aerogel, and carbon nano foam is added in the preparation process of the modified material mixture to be stirred and mixed, so that the overall density is further reduced, the porous ceramic material is lighter, meanwhile, the dosage of the preparation material is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. Graphite fibers are added in the process of preparing the initial material mixture, so that the strength of the subsequently prepared porous ceramic material is improved. A ceramic pressing machine can press and generate aplurality of ceramic blanks at a time, full automation is achieved, the working intensity of workers is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the ceramic pressing machine is suitable forbatch production of porous ceramic materials.
