The invention relates to a bridge construction supporting foundation construction process which uses a bridge pier shaping device. The bridge pier shaping device comprises a base, a frame unit and a locking unit, wherein the frame unit is arranged at the upper end of the base in a spliced mode, and the locking unit is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the base. The size of a bridge pier poured in the frame is changed by adding adjustment, pouring of bridge piers of different specifications is achieved through the device in the production process, and therefore the device adapts toinstallation and placement of bridge piers under different terrains and spaces; by means of a rotary locking mode, the spliced frame is locked in a framing mode through the lock frame, and meanwhile,by locking the supporting columns on the outer surface of the frame, the problem that the joint is not tight after the spliced frame is used for multiple times is solved.
