The invention discloses an n-shaped beam bridge cantilever beam cable construction structure. A shaped temporary support is provided with an electric hoist for hoisting a cableway pipe; the inclined lower inlet end of the cableway pipe is connected with an anchor backing plate; the inclined lower end of the transition pipe in the cableway pipe penetrates out of the anchor backing plate and is connected with a tensioning end anchorage device; the outlet end of the cableway pipe is coaxially connected with a steel taper pipe and an HDPE stay cable sleeve in sequence; the inclined upper end of the HDPE stay cable sleeve extends towards a tower column of the cable-stayed bridge, a plurality of extension pipes are arranged in an anchor ring in the transition pipe, the lower end of a stay cablebelt PE steel strand in each extension pipe is anchored in the tensioning end anchorage device, and the upper end of the stay cable belt PE steel strand extends to the tower column of the cable-stayedbridge; the cable-stayed bridge tower column is provided with an upper connecting steel sleeve and a liner pipe, and the tower column fixing ring is connected with the double-semicircle hoop of the HDPE stay cable sleeve through a steel wire rope. The invention further discloses a construction method, so that the welding speed of the HDPE stay cable sleeve is high, and the installation efficiencyof the stay cable on the tower column is high.
本发明公开了一种Π型梁桥悬浇梁索施工结构,在定型化临时支架有电动葫芦吊起索道管;索道管的倾斜下端进口端连接有锚垫板,索道管内部过渡管的倾斜下端穿出锚垫板并连接有张拉端锚具,索道管出口端依次同轴连接有钢锥管、HDPE斜拉索套管,HDPE斜拉索套管的倾斜上端向斜拉桥的塔柱延伸,过渡管内部锚环中有多个延伸管,每个延伸管内的斜拉索带PE钢绞线下端锚固于张拉端锚具内、上端延伸至斜拉桥的塔柱;斜拉桥塔柱有上接钢套筒、衬管,塔柱固定环通过钢丝绳与HDPE斜拉索套管的双半圆卡箍连接。本发明还公开了施工方法,使HDPE斜拉索套管焊接加工速度快,塔柱上拉索安装效率高。
