The invention belongs to the technical field of pipe gallery mold plate trolley construction, and especially relates to a construction technology for an outdoor comprehensive pipe gallery mold plate trolley. The construction technology comprises the following steps of: transporting a steel mold trolley to a site after completing the processing of the steel mold trolley in a factory, and installingthe steel mold trolley on the site by adopting a 25t truck-mounted crane in cooperation with manual work, wherein the installing sequence is as follows: walking system-main truss of the trolley-spiral screw rod-hydraulic system-inner side steel mold plate-top plate steel mold plate-clamp device. The steel mold trolley is used for the construction of a pipe gallery structure; the steel mold trolley construction has higher degree of mechanization than the traditional wooden mold construction; only a few trolley operators are needed on the site; the number of operators for erecting mold plates on the site is minimized; and compared with the wooden mold and steel mold construction, the steel mold trolley construction has the advantages that the material expenses of the mold plates, and the cost of labor and mechanical equipment are relatively low; the mold plate erecting time is short; the construction period is saved; the molding quality of concrete is relatively good; the construction period is shortened; the cost is saved; and good quality effects have been achieved.
