According to the method, one end of the pipeline is sleeved inside a pipeline joint of the connecting piece, the pipeline on the connectingpiece is rotated, the pipeline joint and a connecting pipe rotate around a rotating shaft connected with a supporting rod, then the supporting rod and the connecting pipe are fixed by utilizing steelnails, a connecting vertex position of two pipelines is stably supported, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
