The device comprises a roller, a dust-proof rain curtain, a rotating shaft, a steel wire rope, a pneumatic column, a connecting buckle, an air cylinder, a pneumatic control hose, a first three-way pipe, a second three-way pipe, a first air control box, and a second air control box; the first air control box and the second air control box are connected to the air cylinder through the pneumatic control hose; the pneumatic column on the air cylinder is connected to the dust-proof rain curtain through the steel wire rope; the first air control box and the second air control box are respectively arranged on both sides inside and outside a wall; the inner side of the roller is provided with the rotating shaft, the outer side of the rotating shaft is provided with the steel wire rope; the tail end of the steel wire rope is fixed on the connecting buckle at the tail end of the pneumatic column; the air cylinder isprovided with a first cylinder air inlet valve and a second cylinder air inlet valve; and the first cylinder air inlet valve and the second cylinder air inlet valve are respectively connected to the first air control box and the second air control through the pneumatic control hose. The device has the characteristics of simple structure and double-sided control.
