The foundation settlement monitoring method comprises the following steps of: acquiring reference station information and positioning data of a satellite sent to a receiving station by the satellite; acquiring soil humidity data of the receiving station; calculating the reference station information and thepositioning data of the satellite to obtain a carrier phase observation measurement value; combining the carrier phase observation measurement value with the soil humidity data, and calculating to obtain a final carrier phase observation measurement value; and judging whether foundations are settled or not according to the final carrier phase observation measurement value. According to the foundation settlement monitoring method, the reference station information and the positioning data of the satellite sent to the receiving station by the satellite are received, the soil humidity data is obtained, the carrier phase observation measurement value is calculated according to obtained data, so that high-precision positioning information is obtained, accurate measurement of foundation settlement is achieved through the carrier phase observation measurement value which is accurate to the millimeter level, and the technical problem that a level monitoring method cannot accurately measure thesettlement amount of the foundations in the prior art is solved.
