The invention discloses a porous gradient ceramic tile and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes the steps that porous blank powder and blank powder are sequentially arranged from bottomto top and press-formed, and a porous gradient ceramic tile blank provided with a porous blank layer and a blank layer sequentially from bottom to top is obtained; the porous gradient ceramic tile blank is conveyed to a drying kiln to be dried; ground coat is applied to the end face, away from the porous blank layer, of the blank layer of the dried porous gradient ceramic tile blank, and a groundcoat layer is obtained; a decorative pattern is transfer-printed on the ground coat layer through a silk screen printing or rubber-covered roller printing or ink-jet printing process, and a pattern decorative layer is obtained; cover coat is applied to the pattern decorative layer through a coat spraying or pouring process, and a cover coat layer is obtained; and the porous gradient ceramic tileblank enters a kiln to be fired, and the porous gradient ceramic tile is obtained. A porous structure is formed at the pasting end of the porous gradient ceramic tile, during laying, cement permeatesinto holes, a large quantity of cement stones are formed, anchoring is formed after the cement stones are solidified, the product is prevented from hollowing and disengaging during use, and the product has the functions of insulating sound and heat.
本发明公开一种多孔梯度陶瓷砖及其制造方法，所述方法包括将多孔坯体粉料和坯体粉料自下至上依次布料并压制成型，获得自下至上依次包括多孔坯体层和坯体层的多孔梯度陶瓷砖坯体；将多孔梯度陶瓷砖坯体输送至干燥窑进行干燥；在干燥后的多孔梯度陶瓷砖坯体的坯体层背离多孔坯体层的端面上施加底釉，获得底釉层；在底釉层上通过丝网印刷、胶辊印刷或喷墨打印工艺转印装饰图案，获得图案装饰层；在图案装饰层上通过喷釉或淋釉工艺施加面釉，获得面釉层；入窑烧成，获得多孔梯度陶瓷砖。通过将多孔梯度陶瓷砖的粘贴端形成多孔结构，铺贴时水泥渗透进孔洞中形成大量水泥石，固化后形成锚固，防止产品使用时出现空鼓脱落，也是产品具有隔音保温功能。
