A delivery opening and a pick-up opening are formed on the storage box in a spacedmanner, an opening of the pick-up opening faces the building, the delivery opening is used for allowing express personnel to deliver or take express items, and the pick-up opening is used for allowing users to take or deliver express items. The express item push plate is arranged in the storage box and used for pushing express items in the storage box to one side of the pick-up opening so that users can take express items conveniently. The ultraviolet lamp is arranged in the storage box and is used for disinfecting express items in the storage box. The express item storage box is in transmission connection to a pulling mechanism, and under drive of the pulling mechanism, the express item storage box does lifting motion relates to the building. By means of the multifunctional express itemconveying device, users can deliver and take express items conveniently to a large degree.
