The invention discloses an impurity removal method for gypsum with high impurity ion content. Cl <->, Mg <2+>, K <+>, Na <+>, H2PO4 <->, HPO4 <2->, PO4 <3-> and F <-> impurity ions of gypsum in a solution can be removed by means of exchange by utilizing ion exchangers, so that some impurity ions in industrial byproduct gypsum are removed, the influence of impurities on gypsum products is reduced,and various properties of the gypsum products are improved. The method comprises the following steps that: 100-150 parts by mass of gypsum with high impurity ion content is dissolved in water, and 0-8parts by mass of a cationic ion exchanger is added; the gypsum and the cationic ion exchanger are uniformly stirred and mixed, and an obtained mixture is made to stand still; 0-8 parts by mass of ananionic ion exchanger is added, the mixture is uniformly stirred and mixed, and the mixture is made to stand still, and the cationic ion exchanger and the anionic ion exchanger are not 0 at the same time; and filtering and drying are performed to obtain industrial by-product gypsum with few impurity ions. The impurity removal method has the advantages of high impurity removal rate, simplicity in operation and easiness in the realization of large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种杂质离子含量高的石膏的除杂方法。利用离子交换剂可以交换出溶液中石膏的Cl、Mg、K、Na、HPO、HPO、PO以及F杂质离子,去除工业副产石膏中的一些杂质离子,减少杂质对石膏制品的影响,提高石膏制品的各项性能。该方法为:将100‑150质量份的杂质离子含量高的石膏溶解于水中,加入0‑8质量份的阳离子离子交换剂;搅拌混合均匀、静置;后加入0‑8质量份的阴离子离子交换剂、搅拌混合均匀、静置,阳离子离子交换剂和阴离子离子交换剂不同时取0;后经过滤干燥,即得杂质离子少的工业副产石膏。本除杂方法具有除杂率高、操作简单、易于实现规模化生产的特点。
