Basalt fiber-doped asphalt mixture with high self-healing performance
The invention provides a preparation method of a basalt fiber-doped asphalt mixture with high self-healing performance and a self-healing implementation method of the mixture. The asphalt mixture withhigh self-healing performance is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 91.2%-94.8% of mineral aggregate, 5.0%-5.2% of SBS modified asphalt and 0.27%-0.5% of basalt fiber, wherein the mineral aggregate comprises coarse and fine aggregate and mineral powder, the asphalt-aggregate ratio of the SBS modified asphalt to the mineral aggregate is 5.0%, and the mineral powder accounts for 5% of the total mass of the mineral aggregate. According to the invention, the basalt fiber is doped to prepare the asphalt mixture with high self-healing performance; the basalt fiber is added, so that the self-healing performance is effectively enhanced; the self-healing performance of the basalt fiber asphalt mixture can be improved by 34.8% compared with that of a common asphalt mixture; after microwave heating treatment, the self-healing performance can be improved by 23.0%; and when a damaged pavement is subjected to self-healing repair and microwave heating is carried out for90s or above, the temperature of the mixture exceeds 130 DEG C, the heating rate can reach 0.62-0.67 DEG C/s, and the temperature requirement for self-healing of the asphalt mixture is completely met.
