The invention provides a method for preparing a gypsum plaster board from high-magnesium-content desulfurized gypsum and improving cohesiveness through zeolite. The gypsum plaster board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of desulfurized gypsum clinker; 60 to 75 parts of water; 0.5 to 10 parts of zeolite; 0.05 to 0.2 part of glass fibers; 0.2 to 1 part of retarder; and 0.2 to 1 part of starch. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: pretreating the zeolite and activating the zeolite; mixing the desulfurized gypsum clinker and glass fibers to obtain a mixture; weighing the water, retarder, starch and treated zeolite to prepare a mixed solution; uniformly mixing the mixture and the mixed solution to prepare gypsum slurry; and molding thegypsum slurry, performing solidifying, drying, laminating, edge sawing, edge sealing and packaging to obtain the gypsum plaster board. With the gypsum plaster board adopted, the technical problems that a gypsum plaster board prepared by taking high-magnesium desulfurized gypsum clinker as a raw material is poor in dehydration property and cohesiveness can be solved, and under severe test conditions, the board core and surface protection paper of the gypsum plaster board are not stripped, so that the bonding effect of the gypsum plaster board is good.
本发明提供了高镁含量脱硫石膏制纸面石膏板及沸石改善粘结性的方法,纸面石膏板原料按质量份计包括:脱硫石膏熟料100份、水60‑75份、沸石0.5‑10份、玻璃纤维0.05‑0.2份、缓凝剂0.2‑1份、淀粉0.2‑1份;所述制备方法包括,预处理沸石,将其活化;混合脱硫石膏熟料和玻璃纤维制得混合料;称量水、缓凝剂、淀粉和经过与处理的沸石,制得混合液;将混合料和混合液混合均匀,制成石膏料浆;将石膏料浆成型,凝固,干燥,合片,锯边,封边,包装,制得纸面石膏板。所述纸面石膏板解决了高镁脱硫石膏熟料作为原材料制备的纸面石膏板脱水性、粘结性差的技术问题,在苛刻的测试条件下,板芯与护面纸不剥离,粘结效果好。
