According to the invention, the piezoelectric ceramicbody formula is doped with a component of which the dielectric constant is reduced along with the temperature rise, so that the change rate of the dielectric constant of the piezoelectric ceramic material along with the temperature is reduced, the manufacturing cost is low, and volume production of the piezoelectric ceramic with stable capacitance temperature is easy to realize.
