The invention discloses a lower water supply structure based on playground artificial turf. The lower water supply structure based on playground artificial turf comprises an artificial turf layer (1)and a foundation layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the artificial turf layer (1) comprises a villus grass layer (11) and a turf base layer (12) for rooting of the villus grass layer (11). The lower water supply structure based on playground artificial turf is characterized in that a water outlet preformed hole (121) is formed in the turf base layer (12); a branch pipeline (5) is laid in the foundation layer; a water outlet communication assembly (6) is also arranged; the lower water inlet end of the water outlet communication assembly (6) is communicated with the branch pipeline (5); the upper water outlet end of the water outlet communication assembly (6) extends to the water outlet preformed hole (121) in the vertical upward direction for water outlet matching; and water flow enters the water outlet communication assembly (6) through the branch pipeline (5).
