The oil-water spraying device comprises an oil tank and a spraying mechanism, the oiltank comprises a tank shell and a tank cover connected to the upper end of the tank shell, and the tank shell is connected with a road roller body of the rubber-tyred road roller through a pluralityof tank shell supporting rods; the spraying mechanism comprises a first spraying main oil pipe, the first spraying main oil pipe is communicated with the tank shell, the lower end of the first spraying main oil pipe is connected with a third spraying transverse pipe through a second spraying vertical pipe, the third spraying transverse pipe is connected with multiple sets of nozzle mechanisms, each set of nozzle mechanism comprises multiple oil-water nozzles, and the multiple oil-water nozzles are arranged in parallel. The oil-water spraying device can spray an oil-water mixture to the rubber-tyred road roller, and is novel and practical in structure. The rubber-tyred road roller comprises the oil-water spraying device of the rubber-tyred road roller, and the road roller body is connectedwith the oil-water spraying device through a lifting mechanism. After the spraying device is used, the rubber-tyred road roller works more smoothly and safely.
