The system structurally comprises a conveying rod, a winding rope reset system and a detection mending disc, wherein the bottom end face of the detection mending disc is movably attached to the asphalt pavement. The top end surface of the detection mending disc is movably matched with the conveying rod; the winding rope reset system is mountedon the conveying rod; the winding rope reset system is mechanically connected with the detection mending disc. When an injector head does not inject the mending material, the system is used as both adetection structure and a trowelling plate; in the process that the trowelling plate moves by being attached to the road surface; the outer sleeve is close to the pavement under the effect of the spring; if a crack exists on the pavement, the outer sleeve extends deep to the crack, the crack is thus detected, and the trowelling plate can not continue to move. The injector head is hidden in the outer sleeve, the outer sleeve is located at the bottom of the injector head, the bottom end of the injector head and the bottom end of the outer sleeve are not located on the same horizontal plane, andif abrasion occurs in the rotating and moving process, materials cannot be disturbed to be discharged.
