The invention discloses a pavement reinforcing structure and method. The structure comprises a three-dimensional net-shaped reinforcing body, the three-dimensional net-shaped reinforcing body comprises a plurality of inclined piles, the bottom of one inclined pile in the multiple inclined piles is connected with the bottom of at least one inclined pile in the remaining inclined piles, the bottom ends of the multiple inclined piles with the bottoms connected are expansion anchoring heads, and upper flange clamping plates can be constructed at the tops of the inclined piles. The method comprisesthe following steps of 1, drilling an inclined pile hole, 2, drilling and chambering, 3, filling a pouring body, and 4, fully complementing and chambering. The bottoms of a plurality of inclined piles are intersected to form an expansion anchoring head; an upper flange clamping plate with an expanded size can be constructed at the top of the inclined pile; a three-dimensional net-shaped reinforcing body is formed by the inclined piles; the expansion anchoring heads of the inclined piles and the corresponding upper flange clamping plates clamp and reinforce the pavement to-be-repaired layer, the broken or crushed pavement to-be-repaired layer is effectively connected and borne, the three-dimensional net-shaped reinforcing body extends and expands in any mode, comprehensive reinforcement ofthe pavement to-be-repaired layer is achieved, the reinforcing effect is good, consumed materials are few, and the construction period is short.
本发明公开了一种路面补强结构及方法,该结构包括立体网状补强体,立体网状补强体包括多个斜桩,多个斜桩中的一个斜桩的底部与剩余斜桩中至少一个斜桩的底部连接,底部相连接的多个斜桩的底端为扩大锚固头,斜桩的顶部可构筑有上翼缘夹板;该方法包括步骤:一、钻斜桩孔;二、钻扩孔;三、填筑灌注体;四、补全扩孔。本发明利用多个斜桩底部交汇形成扩大锚固头,并可在斜桩顶部构筑尺寸扩径的上翼缘夹板,利用斜桩构成立体网状补强体,且斜桩的扩大锚固头和对应的上翼缘夹板夹持补强路面待修复层,有效的连接承载断裂或破碎的路面待修复层,立体网状补强体以任意方式延伸扩展,实现路面待修复层的全面补强,补强效果好,耗材少,施工工期短。
