A water tank, a dust collector and a collecting box are fixedly mountedat the top end of the cart in sequence from left to right; a water pump is fixedly mounted on the bottom inner wall of the water tank; a first annular dust suction pipe is fixedly mounted in the middle of the bottom end of the cart; a second dust suction pipe is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the bottom of the cart; and a plurality of dust suction holes are formed in the surface of the first annular dust suction pipe and the surface of the second dust suction pipe at equal intervals. According to the environment-friendly machine with water spraying and dust removing functions, the waterpump, an electric control valve and a water spraying pipe are matched for use, the water spraying range of the water spraying pipe can be adjusted according to actual needs, so that a user can conveniently adjust the water spraying range according to actual needs, dust on the ground can be treated while water spraying is conducted through cooperative use of the first annular dust suction pipe, the second dust suction pipe and the dust collector, and therefore the dust removal efficiency is improved.
