Intelligent control method of single vacuum sealed sewage collecting and discharging system
The invention belongs to the field of sewage discharging, and particularly relates to an intelligent control method of a single vacuum sealed sewage collecting and discharging system. The intelligentcontrol method comprises the following steps that 1) a water outlet device is started to supply water to a closestool, a first valve is opened, an air storage device inputs compressed air to a pneumatic valve through the first valve so as to open the pneumatic valve, compressed air of the air storage device is further input into a first cavity of a first shell, negative pressure is produced, and waste in the closestool is pumped into a sewage storage container through negative pressure; and 2) air is pumped through a liquid level opening in the sewage storage container through negative pressure, and when the liquid level of the sewage storage container reaches the liquid level opening, a second valve is opened, the air storage device inputs compressed air to a first shell body through thesecond valve, a first flow channel is closed, the input compressed air enables the first cavity to communicate with the sewage storage container, compressed air is introduced into the sewage storage container, and waste in the sewage storage container is discharged. According to the intelligent control method, discharging from the sewage storage container is controlled through a mechanical structure, and the problem that an electronic probe is prone to failure in the prior art is solved.
本发明属于排污领域,具体涉及一种单体真空密闭污水收放系统的智控方法,包括以下步骤:1)启动出水装置给马桶输水,使第一阀门打开,储气装置通过第一阀门将压缩空气输入气动阀并使气动阀打开,储气装置的压缩空气还输入第一壳体的第一腔体,生产负压,利用该负压将马桶中的废污抽到储污容器中;2)通过负压在储污容器的液位口抽吸空气,储污容器的液位来到液位口时,打开第二阀门,储气装置通过第二阀门朝第一壳体输入压缩空气,使第一流道关闭,输入的压缩空气使第一腔体连通至储污容器,压缩空气得以通入储污容器内,将储污容器内的废污排出。本发明的智控方法通过机械式结构控制储污容器的排放,解决了现有技术中电子探头容易失效的问题。
