The deep tunnel vertical shaft comprises a shaft body; a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate are arranged in the shaft body, a draining structure is arranged on the first supporting plate and connected with a draining pipe, and the lower end of the draining pipe extends to the bottom of the shaft body; a transmission box is arranged on the second supporting plate, a driving bevel gear is arranged in the transmission box and connected with a vertical transmission shaft, and the lower end of the transmission shaft is provided with an impeller, and an elbow faces the impeller; and a pollution discharging bevel gear is arranged in the transmission box and connected with a pollution discharging pump through a pollution discharging transmission shaft, the pollution discharging pump is connected with a pollution sucking pipe, and the lower end of the pollution sucking pipe extends to the bottom of the shaft body. Kinetic energy of a water flow is utilized as power, sludge at the bottom of the shaft body 1 can be automatically discharged, energy consumption is low, the operation cost of a draining system is lowered advantageously, and the draining system is prevented from being blocked; and after the kinetic energy of the water flow is lowered, impact force on the bottomof the shaft body 1 is reduced, the service life of the vertical shaft can be prolonged, and the repairing frequency is reduced.
本发明提供了一种自动排污深隧竖井,包括井体,井体内设置有第一支撑板和第二支撑板,第一支撑板上设置有排水结构,排水结构连接有排水管,排水管的下端延伸至井体的底部;第二支撑板上设置有传动箱,传动箱内设置有主动锥齿轮,主动锥齿轮连接有竖直的传动轴,传动轴的下端设置有叶轮,弯头朝向叶轮;传动箱内设置有排污锥齿轮,排污锥齿轮通过排污传动轴连接有排污泵,排污泵连接有吸污管,吸污管的下端延伸至井体的底部。本发明利用水流的动能作为动力,可自动排出井体1底部的污泥,能耗低,有利于降低排水系统的运行成本,且防止排水系统被堵塞。水流的动能降低后,对井体1底部的冲击力减小,可延长竖井的使用寿命,降低修复频率。
