The construction method of the assembly type concrete structure comprises the following steps of hoisting a first prefabricated part, wherein the first prefabricated part is provided with a first reinforcing bar; pouring first concrete onto the first prefabricated part; connecting a cold extruding sleeve to the first reinforcing bar in a sleeving manner; hoisting a second prefabricated part, wherein the second prefabricated part is provided with a second reinforcing bar and an operating hole; connecting the second prefabricated part to the first concrete, and inserting the second reinforcing bar into the cold extruding sleeve; conducting cold extruding on the cold extruding sleeve through cold extruding equipment so that the first reinforcing bar and the second reinforcing bar can be connected to the cold extruding sleeve; and then, pouring second concrete into the operating hole till the operating hole is blocked off by the second concrete.
