The invention provides an installation method of a fabricated wall. The installation method comprises the following steps of a, installing a ceiling keel and a ground keel at preset positions; b) mounting a first keel, and respectively connecting the first keel with the ceiling keel and the ground keel; c) respectively mounting a first wall surface subunit and a second wall surface subunit on twosides of the first keel; d) mounting a second keel, and respectively connecting the second keel with the first wall surface subunit and the second wall surface subunit; e) installing a next first wallsurface subunit and a next second wall surface subunit in the extending direction of the first wall surface subunit and the second wall surface subunit, and clamping the end part of the second keel into the matching part of the adjacent first wall surface subunit and the adjacent second wall surface subunit; and f) repeating the steps b) to e), and completing the installation of the fabricated wall body.
