The rubber mat is used for supporting the movable plate, so that vibration generated by the movable plate can be absorbed by therubber mat to a certain extent; and during a process of transmitting the vibration to the fixed plate by the rubber mat, the vibration sense is obviously weakened, so that the shock absorption effectof the slab body is achieved.
