The corner heat-insulating device comprises a wall body and a floor plate; a floor heating reflecting layer is arranged above the floor plate, a steel wire gauze is laid on the upper side of the floor heating reflecting layer, a carbon fiber heat-emitting layer is arranged above the steel wire gauze, a floor heating heat-preservation layer is arranged above the carbon fiber heat-emitting layer, a mortar cement layer is arranged above the floor heating heat-preservation layer, a leveling layer is arranged above the mortar cement layer, and a floor decoration layer is arranged above the leveling layer; and a corner heat-insulating layer is arranged between the carbon fiber heat-emitting layer and the wallbody, between the floor heating heat-preservation layer and the wall body as well as between the leveling layer and the wall body. The corner heat-insulating device is reasonable in structural design, through arrangement of the corner heat-insulating layer, the effect of isolating heat is achieved, the situation of heat loss is prevented, the heat utilization rate of floor heating can be increased, butting positioning and mounting fixing of a heat-emitting cable positioning plate can be quickly achieved, and carbon fiber heat-emitting cables are conveniently laid.
