The invention discloses a building splicing type energy-saving integrated floor heating plate which comprises a contact plate and a mounting rack; an overheating plate is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the contact plate; a plurality of fixing grooves are formed in the contact plate; an overheating protective layer is fixedly connected with the inner wall of each of the fixing grooves; a wood dust transitional layer is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the overheating plate; and a nanotube circulating mechanism for locking and circulating heat of the floor heating plateis arranged on the upper end face of the wood dust transitional layer. The building splicing type energy-saving integrated floor heating plate is reasonable in structure, is provided with a clampingjoint mechanism to lift up and fix a floor heating pipe to prevent direct contact with the ground, reduces heat transmitted outwards from the building ground, improves the heating efficiency of the floor heating plate, is provided with the nanotube circulating mechanism to enable circulating liquid in a nano circulating pipe to absorb heat in the floor so as to continuously heat the floor, and reduces the situation that the heat conduction performance of wooden floor is poor to affect the heat output efficiency of the floor heating plate.
