The invention provides an improved building and a common flue, a central lampblack treatment system and a common fan module of the building. The central lampblack treatment system of the building comprises the common fan module and the common flue. The common flue comprises a plurality of gas inlets and an exhaust port which are formed in the side walls of the common flue. The gas inlets of the common flue are in one-to-one correspondence with each floor. The exhaust port of the common flue is located between the gas inlet in the top end and the gas inlet in the bottom end. The common fan module is located outside the common flue and is communicated with the exhaust port of the common flue. The common fan module is configured to operate to generate negative pressure so as to guide gas to flow into the common flue from the gas inlets and then be exhausted from the exhaust port. In this way, the distance between the gas inlet in the bottom and the exhaust port is shortened, and the lampblack extraction effect of the bottom floor residents can be improved.
