The invention discloses gypsum crushing, spraying and troweling equipment which is structured such that a crushing cavity is formed in a body, a feed inlet communicating outside the body is formed inthe upper side wall of the crushing cavity, a mixing cavity is formed in the lower side of the crushing cavity, a material guiding slot communicating to the mixing cavity is formed in the lower side wall of the crushing cavity, and a screening device which screens the crushed gypsum powder is arrange din the mixing cavity. The gypsum crushing, spraying and troweling equipment is easy to operate and low in manufacturing cost, and can screen the crushed gypsum powder by moving a filter screen up and down, so that a gypsum coating is smoother. The gypsum coating can be conveyed to a spray head asa push plate moves from and back along a compression cavity I, the pressure at a nozzle of the spray head is increased by means of air pressed into a guide slot II, so that a condition that the coating cannot be sprayed to a wall as a result of insufficient pressure.
本发明公开了一种石膏粉碎喷涂抹平设备，包括所述机体内设有粉碎腔，所述粉碎腔上侧壁开设有与所述机体外互通的进料口，所述粉碎腔下侧设有混合腔，所述粉碎腔下侧壁开设有与所述混合腔互通的导料槽，所述混合腔内设有对破碎后的石膏粉进行筛选的筛选装置；本发明操作简便，制造成本低，可以通过所述过滤网上下移动对粉碎后的石膏粉进行筛选，使得石膏涂料更加细腻，可以通过所述推板沿着所述压缩腔一前后移动将石膏涂料输送至所述喷头内，并通过压入所述导流槽二内的空气，增加所述喷头喷口处压力，避免涂料应压力不足无法喷射在墙面上。
