The invention discloses a building waterproof construction device which comprises a movable flat plate. Walking wheels are respectively arranged on four corners of the bottom part of the movable flatplate; an air storage tank is fixedly connected to the upper side of the movable flat plate; an inclined plate is fixedly connected to the upper side of the movable flat plate; an unwinding device isarranged at the upper end of the inclined plate and comprises an installation base; the installation base is fixedly connected with the inclined plate; an installation groove is arranged on the installation base; a waterproof roll is rotatably connected into the installation groove; a cross plate is fixedly connected onto the installation base; two guiding holes are formed in the cross plate; guiding rods are slidably connected into the guiding holes; the two guiding rods penetrate through the lower ends of the guiding holes so as to be jointly fixedly connected with a pressing plate; the pressing plate is arranged corresponding to the waterproof roll; a support spring is fixedly connected between the pressing plate and the cross plate; and a nozzle is fixedly connected to one end, far away from the waterproof roll, of the pressing plate. According to the building waterproof construction device provided by the invention, the waterproof roll is unwound in a pull-and-drag type, and an unwinding motor is not needed, so that electric energy is saved; and a damping plate is additionally arranged for providing a friction force, so that the waterproof roll can be straightened when being paved.
本发明公开了一种建筑防水施工装置，包括移动平板，移动平板底部四角分别设有一个行走轮，移动平板上侧固定连接储气罐，移动平板上侧固定连接斜板，斜板的上端设有放卷装置，放卷装置包括安装座，安装座与斜板固定连接，安装座上设有安装槽，安装槽内转动连接防水卷材，安装座上固定连接横板，横板上设有两个导向孔，每个导向孔内滑动连接导向杆，两个导向杆穿过导向孔的下端共同固定连接压板，压板对应防水卷材设置，压板与横板之间固定连接支撑弹簧，压板远离防水卷材的一端固定连接喷嘴。本发明的防水卷材为拉拽式放料，无需使用放料电机，节约电能，增设阻尼板提供摩擦力以使得防水卷材可以在摊铺时绷直。
