The invention discloses a hoisting construction process of a prefabricated wallboard based on a positioning auxiliary tool. The hoisting construction process comprises the following steps: (1) preparation work before construction; (2) mounting of the positioning auxiliary tool; (3) placement and mounting of the prefabricated wallboard; (4) setting up of a supporting system; and (5) dismantling ofthe positioning auxiliary tool. The aligning process, difficult to observe, of a reinforcement sleeve is transferred to the outside easy to observe, the mounting difficulty is lowered while the hoisting efficiency and precision of the wallboard are improved, the link of manual crane protection is omitted, and the labor input in the hoisting process of the wallboard is reduced; and mounting accuracy is improved, the mounting quality of the wallboard is ensured, and thus the engineering quality is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于定位辅助工具的预制墙板吊装施工工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)施工前的准备工作;(2)定位辅助工具的安装;(3)预制墙板的落位及安装;(4)搭设支撑体系;(5)定位辅助工具的拆除。本发明将难以观察的钢筋套筒对准过程转化到容易观察的外部,提高墙板吊装效率及精度的同时也降低了安装难度,省去了人工护吊环节,减少了在墙板吊装过程中的人工投入;提高安装精确度,保证墙板的安装质量,进而提升工程质量。
