The ancient timber structure repairing construction method includes the steps of cleaning the surface of an ancient timber structure; determining a to-be-repaired part, and photographing and marking the to-be-repaired part; determining and recording the wood texture, overall structure, damage type and damage degree of the timber structure; analyzing the recorded information to obtain an effective scheme of repairing the timber structure; conducting repairing construction, wherein direct construction is performed on a lower part of the timber structure, and a construction scaffold is established for a higher part of the timber structure; andcleaning the to-be-repaired part again, performing grouting and screeding with repairing slurry, and painting the surface with repairing paint after solidifying. By means of the method, grouting is performed on the to-be-repaired part, the to-be-repaired part can be effectively repaired, the reduction of repairing amount and the retaining of original timber can be realized, original features of an ancient building can be kept, and the better protection of the timber structure can be realized.
