The invention provides a low-rise modern beam-column frame style timber-structured dwelling wall and a low-rise dwelling. A timber-structured bottom plate is erected and fixed on ring beam battens byadopting double layers of OSBs (oriented strand boards), the outer side is subjected to edge banding by battens, and caulking strips are arranged inside. The bottom plate is arranged on a ground ringbeam of a concrete solid brick, each timber-structured column is subjected to glue joint by adopting two wooden boards to form and L shape, and an L-shaped internal corner is reinforced by adopting wooden columns with square cross sections. According to a roof structure, a thermal insulation foam tube layer is arranged between a roof slab and each purline on a herringbone roof truss. The four timber-structured columns are fixed between the timber-structured bottom plate and the roof truss; and according to the wall structure, polyphenyl particle composite battens serving as the base material are spliced through bulges and grooves, and breathing paper, square timber hanging strips and cladding panels are arranged on the outer surface of the base material in sequence. The dwelling has the characteristics of good thermal insulation and sound insulation properties, excellent dampping effect, low construction cost and the like.
一种低层现代梁柱框架式木结构住宅墙体及低层住宅，木结构底板采用双层OSB板架设固定在圈梁木条上，外侧用木条封边，内有嵌缝条。该底板设置在混凝土实心砖的地圈梁上，木结构柱采用两块木板胶接成L型，并用正方形截面木柱加固L型阴角构成。屋顶构造为：人字形屋架上的屋面板与檩条之间设置有保温泡沫筒层。四根木结构柱固定在木结构底板与屋架之间；墙体结构为：作为基材的聚苯颗粒复合条板相互间通过凸出和沟槽拼接，该基材外表面依次有呼吸纸、方木挂条以及外挂板。本房屋具有保温隔热隔音性能好，防潮效果优良，建造成本低等特点。
