The invention discloses an explosive shock wave resisting polymer composite masonry structure which comprises a masonry wall, a cement mortar layer and a polymer coating. The surface of the masonry wall is coated with the cement mortar layer. The polymer coating is sprayed to the surface of the cement mortar layer. The polymer coating covers a concrete ground or a ground pulling beam, a reinforcedconcrete stand column or a construction column, and a reinforced concrete transverse beam or a lintel connected with a wall body. According to the structure, a layer of polyurethanes polymer with high elastic modulus and tensile strength is composited on the surface of a common masonry wall, the explosive shock wave resisting ability of the masonry wall can be improved remarkably, the situation of flying and throwing of fragments is eliminated, thus the purposes of protecting safety of personnel and facilities in a building and reducing the internal safety distance are achieved, the construction technology is simple, and the structure is applicable to modification of newly-built workshops and old workshops.
本发明公开了一种抗爆炸冲击波聚合物复合砌体结构,包括砌体墙、水泥砂浆层、聚合物喷涂层。砌体墙表面涂有水泥砂浆层,水泥砂浆层表面喷涂聚合物涂层,聚合物涂层覆盖与墙体连接的混凝土地面或地面拉梁、钢筋混凝土立柱或构造柱、钢筋混凝土横梁或过梁。通过在普通砌体墙表面复合一层具有较高弹性模量和拉伸强度的聚氨酯类聚合物,可显著地提高砌体墙抗爆炸冲击波能力,消除碎块飞散抛掷情况,从而达到保护建筑物内人员和设施安全、缩减内部安全距离的目的,且施工工艺简单,适用于新建工房和老旧工房改造。
