The invention discloses a tower leg reinforcing device and method of power transmission tower. The reinforcing device comprises a clamping plate, an insert, a connecting rod, half hoops and a main column, wherein the clamping plate is arranged on the outer side of a tower leg of the power transmission tower, the insert is arranged on the inner side of the tower leg of the power transmission tower,and the clamping plate is fixedly connected with the insert through a connecting piece; the main column is arranged on the ground in the center of the power transmission tower; the two half hoops arearranged on the main column in a sleeved mode in pairs, at least two pairs of half hoops are arranged on the main column, and the two pairs of half hoops are arranged up and down; and one end of theconnecting rod is connected with the half hoops, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the insert. The tower leg of the power transmission tower can be reinforced without punching,welding and the like on an original tower material, the structural form is simple, and field implementation is easy to operate.
本发明公开一种输电塔塔腿加固装置及方法,加固装置包括夹持板、嵌件、连接杆、半抱箍和主柱;其中,所述夹持板设置在输电塔塔腿的外侧,所述嵌件设置在输电塔塔腿的内侧,所述夹持板通过连接件与所述嵌件紧固连接;所述主柱设置在输电塔中央的地面上;两个所述半抱箍成对套设在所述主柱上,所述主柱上至少设两对所述半抱箍,两对所述半抱箍上下设置;所述连接杆一端连接所述半抱箍,另一端连接所述嵌件。本发明无需在原有塔材上进行打孔焊接等形式,即可实现输电塔塔腿的加固,不仅结构形式简单,而且现场实施易操作。
