The idling lock head comprises a main lock sleeve provided witha through cavity, a main lock cylinder rotatably arranged in the through cavity, an unlocking piece which is coaxially arranged with the main lock cylinder and used for driving a spring bolt mechanism of a door lock, and a manual unlocking clutch mechanism which is arranged between the main lock cylinder and the unlocking piece to control the main lock cylinder and the unlocking piece to be in transmission connection; the manual unlocking clutch mechanism is provided with a master key assembly and a clutch piece; the master key assembly is composed of a plurality of key piece installation cavities distributed and formed on the main lock cylinder in the axial direction, a plurality of key pieces which are movably arranged in the key piece installation cavities in a reciprocating mode and provided with unlocking ports, and bias pressure pieces supplying bias pressure to the key pieces so that the key pieces can tend to be in a locked state; and the key pieces have key structures matchedwith appropriate keys. The invention provides the idling lock head and the intelligent lock having functions of intelligent unlocking and key mechanical unlocking, and parts, where a signal line penetrates through, of the intelligent lock can be rotated synchronously.
