The fully automatic electric door closer comprises a control power component, a rocker arm and a sliding rail; the control power component comprises a base, a motor, a control circuit, a speed reducer, a driven helical gear and a transmission shaft; the motor, the speed reducer and the driven helical gear are respectively fixedly arranged on the base; an output shaft of the motor is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer; an output shaft of the speed reducer is provided with a driving helical gear, and the driving helical gear is engaged with the driven helical gear; one end of the rocker arm is connected with the driven helical gear through the transmission shaft, the other end of the rocker arm is provided with aslider, and the slider is arranged on the sliding rail and can slide along the sliding rail; and the control circuit is electrically connected with the motor. According to the fully automatic electric door closer provided by the invention, automatic door opening and door closing functions can be achieved, and the door closer can stop moving immediately when being subjected to resistance, so as toachieve the effect of preventing caught in the door.
