The double-mode inner-pull smart window for repelling mosquitos comprises a window body, wherein the window bodycomprises a window frame and two split windows rotatably connected onto the window frame through a first rotary shaft and a second rotary shaft; a screen window wind-up roller is arranged on the outerside of the top part of the window frame; the two windows comprise a first window and a second window; a first handle is movably connected onto the first window and is coaxially connected with a first gear; a third gear is arranged in a way of pressing against the first gear; and a first rack and a third rack are arranged on the inner wall of the first window. By adopting the normal-running fit between the first rack and the first gear as well as between the third rack and the first gear, when a user inwards pushes the first handle, a screen window locking mode can be opened; when at an ordinary state, a screen window opening mode is opened; and the two modes are available for a user to choose according to the needs.
