The invention provides an adjustable transmitting window which comprises a window frame, wherein a window frame is internally provided with an outer casement and an inner casement, the outer casementand the window frame are fixed, and the inner casement can move in a normal direction in the window frame to be close to or far away from the outer casement; the peripheries of the outer casement andthe inner casement are closed by foldable rubber rings, so that a closed space between the outer casement and the inner casement is formed; a refraction liquid is stored in the closed space, and the refraction index of the refraction liquid is as same as glass; when the inner casement moves to an extreme position toward an outdoor direction, the closed space is filled with the refraction liquid fully, and when the inner casement moves to the extreme position in an indoor direction, the liquid level of the refraction liquid is in the bottom of the closed space; and at least one of two glass surfaces opposite to each other of the outer and inner casements is made to a coarse surface. The window can be adjusted flexibly between clear and fuzzy states, so that privacy and lighting can be guaranteed and the viewing function of the window is not affected.
