The lamp comprises a base, a supporting base, a lampshade, a top plate and a hollow stand column, the lower end of the stand column iswelded to the upper end of the base, the supporting base is fixed to the upper end of the stand column, the lampshade is fixed to the upper end of the supporting base, the top plate is fixed to an opening in the upper end of the lampshade, a lamp holder is fixed to the inner bottom of the lampshade, and a bulb is installed on the lamp holder; a controller and a control panel are fixed in the base,a control button set on the control panel extends into an operation hole in the side wall of the base, and a cover plate is fixed to the outer end of the operation hole through a bolt. A plurality oftransverse rods distributed from top to bottom are transversely and movably arranged in the left side wall and the right side wall of the stand column in a penetrating mode, and driving mechanisms used for driving the transverse rods to stretch out and draw back are installed in the supporting base and the stand column. The transverse rods in the lamp can stretch out and draw back, when the transverse rods stretch out of the stand column, the transverse rods can be treaded by maintenance personnel, and therefore, convenience can be brought to the maintenance personnel.
