Recycling of construction waste and waste bricks and concrete prepared from construction waste and waste bricks
The invention discloses recycling of construction waste and waste bricks and concrete prepared from the construction waste and waste bricks. The method comprises the steps that the waste bricks are crushed through a crusher and then ground to 16-60 meshes through a ball mill; the bricks are soaked in a solution prepared by adding water into magnesium aluminum silicate and sodium hexametaphosphatein advance, the adding amounts of magnesium aluminum silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate are 3-5% and 1-3% of the weight of the waste bricks respectively, and the bricks are taken out, washed with water and dried in the air; and a solution consisting of tetramethylammonium polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane, sodium lignin sulfonate and polyborosilazane is placed to fully wet the waste bricks,and airing is performed to obtain the recycled brick aggregate. The waste brick recycled by the method has the advantages of low void ratio, high strength, low water absorption and the like, and can improve the cohesiveness of concrete slurry and improve the compactness and mechanical properties of concrete when being applied to the concrete.
本发明公开了一种建筑垃圾废弃砖块的回收及其制备的混凝土,该方法先将废弃砖块经破碎机破碎,再用球磨机研磨至16‑60目;预先用硅酸镁铝和六偏磷酸钠加水配成的溶液浸泡没过砖块,所述硅酸镁铝和六偏磷酸钠的加入量分别为废弃砖块重量的3‑5%和1‑3%,取出,水洗,晾干;再放入四甲基铵基笼形聚倍半硅氧烷、木质素磺酸钠和聚硼硅氮烷组成的溶液充分润湿废弃砖块,晾干,即得再生砖骨料。本方法回收的废气砖块具有低空隙率、高强度、低吸水率等优点,应用在混凝土时能够改善混凝土浆体的粘聚性,提高混凝土的密实性和力学性能。
