The invention discloses an antistatic mortar. The antistatic mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 20 parts of Portland cement; 10 to 20 parts of quartz sand; 10 to 20parts of anti-static conductive sand; 0.5 to 2.0 parts of modified carbon fiber, 0.5 to 2.0 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.05 to 0.10 part of cellulose ether, 0.15 to 0.25 part of a water reducing agent, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 1.5 to 3.5 parts of an early strength agent, 0.05 to 0.10 part of a retarder, 1 to 2 parts of a volume stabilizer, and 0.1 to 0.2 part of a thixotropic agent. According to the invention, raw materials are selected, and content is adjusted; particularly, the contents of the modified carbon fiber and the anti-static conductive sand are adjusted, andthe modified carbon fiber and the anti-static conductive sand are matched with each other in the mortar and interact with other functional aids, so that the surface resistance range of the mortar meets the anti-static use requirements of different projects, and good physical and mechanical properties are ensured.
